Mark Sanderson founded Sanderson Landscaping after completing the prestigious Horticulture program at the Stockbridge School of Agriculture at the University of Massachusetts.

Noted for his expertise in creating complicated and beautiful stone designs — including walkways, fountains, and even a swimming pool — Sanderson celebrated his twenty-fifth year in the business by purchasing a new pair of Sears work boots in 2002.
